Very nice and big room with a view, comfortable beds, great pressure in the shower, spa bath tub, super friendly staff.

Breathtaking views! We were able to enjoy them from our spacious room and balcony. The location is also a plus, as it’s located in a very quiet and relaxing place. We were able to disconnect from the rush of the city. One thing we loved was the breakfast, it tasted amazing and had a lot of variety.
There were some downsides to our stay. The WiFi connection was not very good, which made it hard to stay connected.

The apartment had a fantastic view and was spacious, offering all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, away from the hectic city life. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, which made us feel right at home.
The apartment could have used some upkeep, as some of the furniture appeared old and worn. We were disappointed by the lack of Wi-Fi in the room, as it was only available in the hotel.

We had a great stay with amazing views from our apartment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the available parking. Additionally, the location near the lake was beautiful and added to our overall experience.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is in a perfect location near a beautiful lake with stunning views. Guests can enjoy the great pressure and spa bath tub in the bathroom. the friendly staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and will recommend a traditional indigenous Mapuche restaurant for a fantastic experience.
There seems to be a lack of maintenance at times.
